Accessibility Statement

1. What are we doing?

We want everyone who visits the nkoda website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

To help us make the nkoda website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level A as the target for the nkoda website. Below are the things we currently support:

1.1.1: Non-text Content
1.3.1: Info and Relationships
1.3.2: Meaningful Sequence
1.3.3: Sensory Characteristics
1.4.1: Use of Color
2.1.2: No Keyboard Trap
2.3.1: Three Flashes or Below Threshold
2.4.1: Bypass Blocks
2.4.2: Page Titled

2. How are we doing?

We're working hard to achieve our goal of Level A accessibility, but we realise there are some areas that still need improving. The following information explains what we're doing to make that happen.

2.1.1: Keyboard
Not all of the features are currently accessible via keyboard. We will be improving the experience in the future
2.2.1: Timing Adjustable
Some of the contents on this website, may be owned by our publishing partners. Thus we have contractual obligations to remove contents as and when it is required.
2.2.2: Pause, Stop, Hide
Not all of the carousels are currently available to be paused. We will be improving the experience in the future

The things below are currently not applicable to this website:

1.2.1: Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded)
1.2.2: Captions (Prerecorded)
1.2.3: Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded)
