Paolo Giovanni Nutini, a Scottish singer, songwriter and musician, was born in Paisley, Scotland. He quickly rose to fame with his debut album 'These Streets', followed by 'Sunny Side Up' which both garnered quintuple platinum accreditation from the BPI. His third album, 'Caustic Love', was critically acclaimed and strengthened his status in the music industry. Raised in a family with a blend of Scottish and Italian heritage, Nutini was initially set to take over the family's fish and chip shop before his music talents were discovered. He pursued a career in music, performed extensively, and became known for singing with his eyes closed. Nutini has received several award nominations, including for BRIT Awards and an Ivor Novello Award.
