Francisco Coll

Francisco Coll García, born in 1985 in Valencia, is a prominent Spanish composer. He studied trombone at Valencia's Joaquín Rodrigo Conservatoire and Madrid Royal Conservatory, securing the Honour Prize. Coll expanded his repertoire to composition, studying at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, supported by the Instituto Valenciano de la Música Scholarship and Guildhall Trust, and under the tutelage of Thomas Adès. He finished a master's degree with distinction in 2010, received the Ian Horsburgh Memorial Prize for postgraduate work, and is a Fellow at Guildhall【29†source】.
