Elizabeth Raum

Elizabeth Raum is a Canadian oboist and composer, born on 13 January 1945 in Berlin, New Hampshire. She became a Canadian citizen in 1985. A graduate from the Eastman School of Music, she further pursued a master's degree in composition at the University of Regina. Raum has been a principal oboist for both the Atlantic Symphony Orchestra and the Regina Symphony Orchestra. Her contributions to music were recognized with the Saskatchewan Order of Merit in November 2010.
