His extensive compositional output spanned songs, symphonic poems, chamber works, and educational pieces, showcasing his eclectic inspirations and stylistic versatility. Koechlin's legacy is marked by his passion for new music and artists, which was unfortunately not reflected in the lack of recognition and permanent teaching positions during his lifetime.
