Anders Koppel, born in Copenhagen, is a versatile Danish musician and composer. He co-founded the rock group Savage Rose in 1967 and was part of the trio Bazaar from 1976 to 2012. He plays in Koppel-Andersen-Koppel with his son, saxophonist Benjamin Koppel. Anders has earned the Danish film award Robert for best film score twice. His works include music for ballets, movies, plays, and classical ensembles, including over 90 works for classical ensembles and 20 concertos【23†source】【24†source】.
