Andrew Lloyd Webber, Baron Lloyd-Webber (born 22 March 1948) is an English composer and impresario of musical theatre. Renowned for his musicals which have run for more than a decade in the West End and Broadway. He composed 21 musicals, film scores, and a Latin Requiem Mass. His famous songs include 'Memory' from Cats, 'The Music of the Night' from The Phantom of the Opera, and 'Don't Cry for Me Argentina' from Evita. Lloyd Webber has received many awards, including a knighthood, peerage, Tonys, Grammys, an Oscar among others, and he founded The Really Useful Group and the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation.
